Bilingual dispatcher
Take the call, read the symptom, route the right technician. The job that decides whether a customer has heat tonight, and the reason our technicians arrive with the right part.
Rated 4.5 out of 5 from 1,221 Google reviewsWhat the job is
You answer the phone as a person, not a script. You take the symptom, the model if they have it, and you decide which technician goes and in what order. You tell the customer what happens next and you never promise something the board cannot deliver.
On a January cold snap you decide which calls come first: urgent no-heat and no-cooling calls are prioritized. That call is yours to make.
What you need
- Fluent French and English, on the phone, under pressure.
- Enough mechanical curiosity to tell a failed igniter from a failed board by what the customer describes.
- The nerve to tell someone their call is third rather than first.
- Field service software experience is an asset; we will train you on ours.
What we provide
- A desk in the Dorval office with the shop twenty feet away.
- Group insurance from day 90, RRSP matching from year one.
How hiring works here
A conversation with the office, then a morning sitting beside the current dispatcher with a headset on. You will know by lunch whether you want it.

Application received
It goes to the shop, not to a pile. If the fit is right someone calls you.
