Heating and air conditioning in the West Island
The West Island runs along Lac Saint-Louis from Dorval to Senneville and north to the Rivière des Prairies. It is mostly detached houses: 86% of Beaconsfield homes and 94% of Baie-D’Urfé homes are single-detached (2021 Census), and much of the housing went up between 1946 and 1990. JCD’s shop is in Dorval, and we repair, replace and maintain furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners in all 10 West Island municipalities.
