Heating and air conditioning in the Lachine sector

Lachine and LaSalle sit on the south-west shore of the island, along Lac Saint-Louis and the Lachine Rapids. Industrial land covers about half of Lachine, and in LaSalle 56% of homes are apartments in duplexes (2016 Census). With so many plexes and low-rise apartment buildings, ductless heat pumps and in-suite equipment are common. JCD repairs and installs heating and cooling equipment in both boroughs.
