What the job is
You ride with a lead technician and you do the work, not the fetching. Residential and light commercial, heat pumps and furnaces, diagnostics and installation. By the end of the first year you will have logged the hours you need and you will have seen every failure mode that matters in this climate.
What you need
- Third or fourth year of your apprenticeship, or close enough to explain the gap.
- Class 5 licence.
- French or English, both preferred.
- You show up. That is most of it at this stage.
What we provide
- Certification hours paid and logged properly.
- Manufacturer courses on company time.
- Boots and tool allowance, and the expensive tools are ours.
- A named lead technician responsible for your progress, not a rotation.

A conversation with our team and half a day riding along. We hire for attitude at this level and train the rest.
