Commercial technician: rooftop and split systems
Rooftop units, split systems and exhaust fans for contract clients across Montreal, Lachine and the West Island. Scheduled work you can plan, and emergency calls that actually matter.
Rated 4.5 out of 5 from 1,221 Google reviewsWhat the job is
Contract buildings: restaurants, hotels, grocery, offices, warehouses and long-term care. Scheduled maintenance rounds where you take readings per unit and write them down, plus the emergency calls that come off those same buildings.
You will spend real time on roofs. You will also spend time explaining to a property manager why a unit needs replacing next year rather than this one, and that report goes into their capital plan.
What you need
- A current RBQ card. Gas certification is an asset and we will pay for it if you do not have it.
- Experience on packaged rooftop units and split systems.
- Comfort working alone on a roof, and the discipline to record readings properly every time.
- French and English to hold a conversation with a building manager.
What we provide
- A phone and tablet.
- Crane work is booked and coordinated by the office, not by you.
- Group insurance from day 90, RRSP matching from year one.
- Manufacturer training paid for, on our time.
